Recipe Roasted Garlic Potatoes
Roast in the oven for 45 55 minutes while flipping occasionally until crisp and golden.
Recipe roasted garlic potatoes. Make sure the garlic mixture gets inside the slits of the potatoes. Transfer the potatoes to a roasting pan. Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan and spread out.
Drain the potatoes and dry on some kitchen paper to remove excess water. Sprinkle over the rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Squeeze garlic cloves to release roasted garlic onto the potatoes.
Mix potatoes and garlic together. Continue roasting until potatoes are deep brown and crisp all over turning and shaking them a few times during cooking 30 to 40 minutes longer. Remove the potatoes from the oven and season with a little extra salt and pepper to taste.
Using a thin flexible metal spatula flip potatoes. Place the potatoes and peeled garlic cloves in a roasting tin or ovenproof dish. Add the olive oil minced garlic parsley salt pepper and toss everything together until it s all well coated.
Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan into a single even layer. Drizzle with the oil and season with salt pepper and garlic. Roast in hot oven for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
