Recipe Sweet Potato Ginger
Stir vegetable broth sweet potatoes ginger cilantro cumin cayenne pepper salt and ground black pepper into onion mixture.

Add onions and saute until soft about 5 minutes. Bake uncovered at 450 for 30 minutes stirring twice. Step 2 meanwhile heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the onion until softened add the garlic and cook for 1 min then add the ginger and curry paste and cook for another min.
