Recipe Sweet Potato Tots
Grate the potatoes into a bowl.
Recipe sweet potato tots. Season with salt pepper and cajun seasoning and form into tots. Boil sweet potatoes in salted water in a pot for 10 15 minutes or until you can stick a fork in the center. Place the flours panko and cinnamon in a bowl and stir to combine.
Heat air fryer to 400 degrees f 200 degrees c and cook tots for 8 minutes. Dry off any excess water with a kitchen towel. Place tots on the pan spray the tops with cooking spray if desired and place in the oven.
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Until the potatoes are soft enough to be able to pierce with a fork but still slightly firm.
Add 1 2 teaspoon salt and pepper to. You want to have a chunky mashed texture just like tater tots. Spray tots with olive oil spray and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake sweet potato tots until outsides are golden brown flipping once about 40 45 minutes. Drain the potatoes and let cool 10 minutes. Place on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Preheat oven to 425f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. In a small bowl add egg and whisk. Cook for 5 minutes drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
