Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Feta
Brussels sprouts should be darkest brown almost black when done.
Oven roasted brussel sprouts with feta. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 25 minutes to desired crispiness. Wash and trim brussels sprouts slice them in half from top to bottom or quarter if large. Roast until tender and caramelized about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and transfer to a serving bowl. Transfer brussels sprouts to a serving bowl and top with feta cranberries and hazelnuts. Drizzle balsamic vinegar olive oil and maple syrup over the sprouts mixture and toss to coat.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes shaking pan every 5 to 7 minutes for even browning. Adjust seasoning with kosher salt if necessary. Sprinkle feta cheese pecans and pepper over the top and toss to combine.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil then coat with cooking spray. Season vegetables with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Reduce heat when necessary to prevent burning. Roast brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt and pepper in the oven at 400 degrees until the edges are crispy and they are cooked through about 20 30 minutes depending on size. Top with bacon crumbles and feta cheese.
