Carrot And Potato Soup Recipe
Heat up some cooking spray or vegetable oil in a large pot on medium heat.
Carrot and potato soup recipe. 3 bulbs medium sized onion medium in size. Season with salt pepper. 2 large baking size potatoes peeled and chopped into chunks.

Bring to a simmer. Perfect when served with fresh crusty bread. Pour the soup into a blender filling it no more than halfway.
Cover with a lid and bring the soup to a boil. In a deep saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Add chicken broth carrots potatoes italian seasoning and bay leaf.
4 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt level. Reduce heat again to low and simmer until the potatoes are tender about 30 minutes.
