Pecan Pie Brownies Recipe

Pecan pie brownies recipe. Heat oven to 350 f. Whisk brown sugar corn syrup 2 eggs bourbon vanilla extract and salt together in a bowl. Line 9 inch square pan with foil leaving 2 inches of foil overhanging at 2 opposite sides of pan.
In medium bowl stir brownie mix oil water and 2 of the eggs with spoon until well blended. Spread evenly using a spatula. Stir in pecans and set aside.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies are set and no wet batter is visible. Preheat oven according to brownie package instructions. Make pecan pie topping.
While brownies are baking whisk together brown sugar eggs vanilla salt and melted butter until everything is well combined and the sugar is dissolved. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Pour brownie batter into a greased 13 inch x 9 inch glass or metal baking pan and place in the oven to bake for half the cooking time listed on the package.
Gently pour the pecan mixture over the baked brownie using a spoon or small offset spatula to carefully spread all the way to the edges. Pour gently over the brownie layer. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions.
Whisk together the sugar corn syrup eggs butter and vanilla in a small saucepan. Add melted butter slowly whisking until well combined. Bake until the pecan pie layer is golden set and no longer.
