Sift together the flour baking powder salt cinnamon allspice ginger and nutmeg.

In a separate bowl whisk together the dry ingredients and slowly pour the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients. Mix in the pumpkin evaporated milk and vanilla. Bake for 1 hour.

Mix together the liquid ingredients in one bowl. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes until mixture is smooth. Grease one 9 inch pie pan and set aside.
I did change the recipe a bit to make it my own i used pumpkin spice in place of the cinnamon. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl combine pumpkin milk sugar baking mix melted butter eggs allspice cinnamon cloves and vanilla extract.
Pour mixture into pan. Instead of egg substitute i used one whole egg and egg whites from a second egg and used 3 4 c. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
