Recipe Pork Loin End Roast
Pierce meat with a sharp knife in several places and press the garlic paste into the openings.

If you prefer it juicy and very slightly pink at the center then go with 145. Pat dry pork loin with paper towels. This method quickly cooks the meat while keeping it juicy.
Rub on the thyme garlic mixture. How long to cook a pork roast in the slow cooker for pork loin 4 to 5 hours on low for tender juicy perfection. Put on a rack in a roaster and roast uncovered for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until the meat reaches 140 degrees.
Roast this will be 20 25 minutes per pound. Stuff each cut with a slice of onion reserving remaining onion. The standard roasting method involves heating the oven to 350 f and placing the roast on a center rack in a roasting pan.
