Recipe Old Fashioned Stuffing
Lightly spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray.

Add the chicken broth. To moisten the stuffing pour the broth over the surface of the bread mixture a small amount at a time again tossing lightly. In a large skillet cook celery and onion in hot butter over medium heat until tender but not brown.
Toss lightly to blend. Stuffing should be moist but not soggy. Remove from heat let cool just a bit and pour the still warm mixture over the bowl of bread cubes.
