Recipe Pork Tenderloin Apples Onions
Roast 10 to 15 minutes or until an internal thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers between 145 and 150 degrees f.
Recipe pork tenderloin apples onions. Add the pork loin back on top of the apples and onions. Add the chicken stock apple juice and apple cider vinegar. Meanwhile in another skillet heat remaining oil over medium heat.
Transfer to a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Cook apples and onions in the hot oil stirring occasionally until onions begin to turn translucent about 5 minutes adding a bit more oil if skillet gets dry. Place the seared pork tenderloins on top of the apples and onions and then slide into the oven.

Return the pork to the skillet on top of the apple and onion mixture. Cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Cook and stir for 30 seconds.
Let rest about 10 minutes. Roast in oven until a thermometer reads 145 15 20 minutes. Meanwhile spread dijon mustard evenly over browned tenderloins using a pastry brush.
Add onion slices and apples. Spoon the cooking liquid over the pork and transfer the entire skillet to the oven. Sautee stirring frequently until the apples and onions begin to soften and get some brown spots about 5 minutes.
