Recipe Quiche Potato Crust
Preheat the oven to 200c 180c fan.
Recipe quiche potato crust. Finely grate the parmesan and mix it through the grated potato along with tsp salt and the melted butter. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees f. Grate the potatoes into the strainer. Toss with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper then arrange in a single.
Wrap the potato tightly in the tea towel and squeeze out any excess moisture. Add the egg and combine well you should have a mixture that when you squeeze a handful together it stays as a clump. In a bowl toss grated potatoes with 1 tablespoon flaxseed cooking oil.
Reduce heat to 350. Put the tin into the freezer for 2 3 hours or until frozen solid. Add 1 cup cheese onion ham and broccoli to crust.
Beat the eggs with evaporated milk in a bowl until well combined. When the onions are drained transfer them to a bowl and combine them with the salt thyme and flour. Preheat the oven to 400 f 200 c.
Grease a 9 or 10 inch deep dish pie pan. Press the potatoes into the pie plate to form a crust. Bake for 35 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
