Recipe Quiche Spinach Ham
Turn down the temprature to 160 degrees c and bake for 50 55 minutes or until the filling is golden brown and the pie crust is pulling away from the mould.
Recipe quiche spinach ham. Top with ham tomatoes and cheese. In a bowl mix the flour with a little milk until a smooth paste forms. In a large mixing bowl combine the ham cheese eggs milk half and half and spinach squeezing the spinach thoroughly before adding to purge any excess water.
Bake at the preheated oven at 200 c for 25 30 minutes until pastry is golden brown and egg custard are set. Add ham and then spinach and cook until spinach is wilted. Slowly pour the mixture into the pre baked pie crust and then add to oven.
3 cups fresh spinach or 1 10 oz. Finally pour in the egg milk mixture. Add green onions cheese spinach bacon or ham and stir egg mixture until everything is well combined optional reserve a little of the bacon ham to float on top of the quiche before baking.
Whisk eggs and cream in a large jug. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop shallots and ham and sauté in olive oil with garlic.
Place crust in pie dish. Cook time 1 hour. Pour over the spinach layer.
Add peas and ham then sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. When crust is finished blind baking pour the egg mixture into the crust. Pour eggs and milk mixture on top.
