Heat oven to 375ºf. Spread vegetable mixture in a single layer on baking sheet. Spread vegetables in single layer on large baking sheet with sides.
Bake at 400 for 20 25 minutes. Trim the ends from the brussels sprouts and slice in half keeping hold of the loose leaves. Step 2 cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite sized florets if needed.
