Quiche Recipe Pumpkin Spinach
Combine the pumpkin leek ham spinach and cheese then spoon into the pastry case.

For the filling toss the pumpkin cubes with oil nutmeg salt and pepper and roast in a baking tray for 30 minutes or until soft and golden brown. Reduce oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a jug and set aside 5 minutes to allow the bubbles to subside.
Allow to cool in pie dish for 10 minutes before serving. Place spinach on top of breadcrumbs then in layers sprinkle sauteed onions pumpkin then crumble feta on top. Pour egg mixture over gently.
