Recipe Peanut Butter Molasses Cookies
Cream the butter and sugar.

In the bowl of a stand mixer cream together the sugar peanut butter and butter until light and fluffy. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Step 3 roll dough into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets.
Put dough in refrigerator for 1 hour. A daily flavor a christmassy one and you have an amazing cookie. In a large bowl whisk together the flour baking soda cinnamon ginger and salt.
In medium bowl thoroughly stir together the flour baking powder baking soda and salt. In another large bowl beat together the molasses shortening peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth. Stir into butter mixture.
