Recipe Pork Tenderloin Pears
Pat pork dry with paper towels.
Recipe pork tenderloin pears. Remove pork from skillet and keep warm. Remove from pan and keep warm. Spray 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Brown pork on all sides in a large skillet on medium high heat. Add pork and cook turning occasionally until golden brown on all sides about 10 minutes. In a large ovenproof skillet heat oil over medium.
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Preheat an oven to 400 f. Meanwhile in a large skillet saute pears and sugar in 2 tablespoons butter until golden brown.
Season pork with salt and pepper. Brush half of the oil mixture on pork. Toss onions and pears with remaining oil mixture.
Stuff slits with garlic and thyme. Preheat oven to 475 degrees. In an ovenproof sauté pan over medium high heat warm the olive oil until shimmering.
Bake 18 22 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145. In a large ovenproof skillet brown pork in 1 tablespoon butter on all sides. Preheat oven to 475 f.
