Recipe Pork Tenderloin With Mushrooms
Cook stirring and scraping pan to loosen browned bits from bottom of pan until vegetables are soft about 7 minutes.
Recipe pork tenderloin with mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 25 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 and juices run clear. Remove the onions and mushrooms to a plate and set aside. Stir up any cooked on bits from the pan to make a quick light sauce.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Serve with mushrooms and onions.
Cook each side for 2 1 2 minutes. In a skillet brown pork in butter. Add the mushrooms 1 2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste.
Turn meat to coat with seasonings. Dredge in the flour. Add the mushrooms lemon juice marjoram salt and pepper.
Transfer meat to an ungreased shallow 1 1 2 qt. Remove the pan from the oven and add the white wine and broth directly to the pan with the mushrooms and tenderloin still in it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In the pan drippings saute the onion mushrooms and celery until tender. Pan sear the pork medallions over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until nicely browned. In a large skillet brown the pork in butter.
