Recipe Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Garlic
Sprinkle in garlic salt and pepper.
Recipe roasted brussel sprouts with garlic. Toss the brussels sprouts and garlic cloves with the olive oil salt pepper until they are well coated. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt pepper and any other desired spice additions. Preheat oven to 450 f.
Separate the garlic cloves and peel them. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. To add an extra kick drizzle the sprouts with a little lemon juice or balsamic vinegar just before they re done.
Cook until brussels sprouts begin to brown 3 to 5 minutes. See the tips and variations below the recipe for more ideas and possible add ins. Pour the brussels sprouts and garlic into a baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
Heat oil in a cast iron skillet until shimmering. Place brussels sprouts carefully in the hot oil cut side down. Heat oil in cast iron pan over medium high heat until it shimmers.
Drizzle with olive oil. Use garlic infused olive oil and garlic powder to give the sprouts plenty of garlic flavor. Put sprouts cut side down in one layer in pan.
