Recipe Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Grapes
Step 2 turn the brussels sprouts cut side down and roast until golden brown and tender 20 to 25 minutes.
Recipe roasted brussel sprouts with grapes. First line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup. Place halved sprouts along with grapes and walnuts on a rimmed baking sheet. Evenly spread out your brussels sprouts and grapes on your roasting pan.
Preheat oven to 400 f. Place the baking sheet into a preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes until the sprouts are tender on the outside and lightly browned and crispy on the outside. Turn oven to broil and cook for 3 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling and caramelizing.
Then toss the halved brussels sprouts and grapes with a little olive oil salt and pepper. Toss this sauce over the roasted brussels sprouts and grapes that are still on the baking sheet. On 2 rimmed baking sheets toss brussels sprouts and grapes with oil and thyme.
Heat oven to 375 f. Halve your brussels sprouts and pop off your grapes from the vine. Trim the brussels sprouts of any dry ends and loose leaves then halve.
On a large rimmed baking sheet toss the brussels sprouts and grapes with the oil garlic thyme teaspoon salt and teaspoon pepper. Drizzle your oil and mix to coat everything. Turn some of the cut sides down.
Toss the brussels sprouts with the olive oil 1 2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in a large bowl. Put a baking sheet on the middle oven rack and preheat to 450 degrees f. Season with salt and pepper.
