Recipe Roasted New Potatoes Garlic
Mix potatoes and garlic together.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f. Transfer potatoes to a large bowl and add the garlic rosemary mixture optional and minced parsley. First of all sort through the potatoes and cut any larger ones in half so they are all as evenly sized as possible.
Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan into a single even layer. Check after 30 minutes time depends on size of potatoes. Spread out again in a single layer and cook for a further 10 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Continue roasting until potatoes are deep brown and crisp all over turning and shaking them a few times during cooking 30 to 40 minutes longer. Continue to roast until the potatoes and garlic are evenly browned about 15 minutes. I also like to add real garlic cloves 8 10 for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
