Recipe Sweet Potato Appetizer
Cut the sweet potatoes into inch slices.

On a large baking sheet toss sweet potatoes with melted butter and maple syrup and arrange in an even layer.
Bake until bacon is crisp and sweet potato is tender 40 45 minutes. Arrange the slices in a single layer on the oiled baking sheets then brush tops with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Secure with a toothpick.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper. Peel the sweet potatoes and discard the skin. Preheat oven to 350.
Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl mix butter and seasonings. Preheat your oven to 500 f.
Bake until tender flipping halfway through. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f. In a small bowl combine the plain olive oil sea salt and paprika.
