Drain off any remaining liquid. Step 3 bake in the preheated oven until edge of crust is golden about 10 minutes. Place spinach and cream mixture on top 30 minutes before serving and bake until done.
Pour cup of the egg mixture over the top. Lightly grease a 23cm pie or quiche dish. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until soft.
Place a small handful of spinach leaves into each wrap and sprinkle each with bacon and cheese. Add the cooked mushrooms and shredded cheeses. Line two 9 inch pie plates with crusts.
Stir in spinach mushrooms feta and 1 2 cup cheddar cheese. The base of this quiche can be baked ahead of time. Pour the egg mixture on top.
Place spinach in a small saucepan. Spread spinach on warm pre baked pie crust. Cover crusts with a double layer of aluminum foil and a layer of pie weights or dried beans.
