Recipe Pork Tenderloin Glaze
Rub garlic mixture over pork tenderloins.
Recipe pork tenderloin glaze. Place tenderloin on a rack in a foil lined shallow roasting pan. Preheat oven to 450 degrees f 230 degrees c. Bake 8 10 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145 turning occasionally.
Slice the tenderloins for serving. Remove pork from pan. Arrange tenderloins in the skillet and brown evenly 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Return pork to pan turning to coat. Remove pork to a serving platter.
In a small bowl combine the first eight ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160 basting occasionally with glaze. Combine the glaze ingredients.
In a bowl mix the honey soy sauce brown sugar sesame oil and balsamic vinegar. Quickly bring any glaze left back boil in a saucepan and then pour over the pork. Remove pork from oven and baste with the honey sauce.
Let them rest for 5 minutes. Pour glaze over pork before serving. Seal bag and refrigerate overnight.
