Bake for 30 40 minutes and allow to rest on a wire rack.

Bake at 350 for 30 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. In a medium bowl mix the bacon onions and both cheeses. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f 200 degrees c.
Cover and process for 15 seconds. Sprinkle bacon cheese and onion into pastry shell. Sprinkle green onions over bacon.
Try slicing the bacon slices crosswise into inch pieces before cooking them in a skillet until nice and crisp. Top with bacon and cheese. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs and cream.
Step 3 in a medium bowl whisk together eggs cream salt sugar and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle chopped green onion on top of baked quiche for a pop of color and flavor. Sprinkle half of swiss cheese over onions.
Bake the quiche for 45 to 50 minutes until the eggs are set in the middle. Pour into a greased 9 in. Beat the cream milk and eggs with seasoning and nutmeg then stir in the bacon and half the cheese.
