Recipe Quiche With Hash Brown Crust
Press hash brown mixture onto bottom and up the sides of your prepared pan.
Recipe quiche with hash brown crust. In a small bowl combine ham onion and shredded cheese. Pour the mixture into the crust. Use your hands or a spatula to pat down the base of the hash brown crust so it is fairly firmly packed.
Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake the crust for 30 minutes. To freeze quiche bake as instructed then cool completely.
Tightly wrap with foil or plastic wrap. Whisk the cream chives cayenne and eggs together in a bowl with 1 4 teaspoon salt. Spray the hash brown crust with oil spray i used olive oil spray.
Spoon the vegetables into the crust and sprinkle with the ham and cheddar. In a small bowl beat eggs milk salt and pepper. Press hash browns onto the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until beginning to brown. Preheat oven to 425 degrees f 220 degrees c. Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a bowl combine the eggs cream or milk cheese and bacon. While your crust is baking in a small pan over medium heat add one tablespoon of oil and sauté the onions and pepper for 8 10 minutes or until soft and translucent. Let the quiche cool before serving.
