Recipe Rice Pudding Pressure Cooker
After 10 minutes release any remaining pressure with a quick pressure release.
Recipe rice pudding pressure cooker. Turn on the sauté setting and warm the milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves stirring constantly with a wooden spoon about 3 minutes. In pressure cooker pot combine rice sugar salt and milk. Mix well make sure there are no large lumps of cinnamon.
Saute it for three minutes until the rice starts to go translucent around the edges. Close and lock the lid. Press manual pressure cooking and adjust the time to 5 minutes.
Combine the milk and sugar in pot of electric pressure cooker. Close the lid lock it into its position. While some of the heat and vapor are evaporating from the rice in the open pressure cooker beat two eggs in a medium sized bowl.
Melt butter in cooker and pour rice in and cover totally with butter. As soon as the mixture comes to a boil cover and lock lid in place. Lock the lid in place and select high pressure and 3 minutes cook time.
Select saute and bring to a boil stirring constantly to dissolve sugar. In the inner pot of your instant pot pressure cooker combine the rice milk water sugar anise cinnamon raisins and salt. Pressure cook for 10 minutes at high pressure.
Add the rice and salt and stir to combine. Stage 2 add the cooking liquid and start cooking. Don t begin timing the 8 minutes until the cooker is fully up to pressure and constantly emitting a gentle stream of steam.
