Recipe Glass Noodles Stir Fry
Glass noodles are also known as cellophane noodles or mung bean noodles.
Recipe glass noodles stir fry. Add the glass noodles to the wok then pour the sauce over the noodles. Return the scrambled eggs to the wok then add bean sprouts and scallions. Soak the noodles in warm water for 20 minutes or until soft.

Add more oil if necessary. Drain well shaking off any excess water. Cover the mushrooms with 1 cup warm water and soak for 20 minutes.
Stir fry the chicken. Reserve the liquid discard the stems and slice the caps. Stir fry the veggies.
Heat up cooking oil in wok. Add garlic ginger green onion dried pepper and sichuan peppercorn to fry until aroma over slow fire. Serve with two portions of your favourite vegetables on the side and if you re after some heat top your stir fry with a sprinkling of chopped.
