Recipe Pork Tenderloin Mushrooms
Remove the onions and mushrooms to a plate and set aside.
Recipe pork tenderloin mushrooms. Combine flour and broth until smooth. In a skillet brown pork in butter. Cover and simmer for 25 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 and juices run clear.
In a large skillet over medium high heat brown the pork and sage in the butter. Heat oil in a large high sided skillet over medium. Add the wine and cook until evaporated stirring and scraping up any brown bits.
Bring to a boil reduce heat to medium low and simmer stirring frequently until sauce is fragrant about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the pork with the salt and pepper. Dredge in the flour.
Transfer the pork to a baking dish and bake until the pork is cooked but centres are still pink about 15 minutes. Add the mushrooms lemon juice marjoram salt and pepper. Turn meat to coat with seasonings.
Add garlic and mushrooms. Stir vinegar into mushroom sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Add the mushrooms thyme salt and pepper. Cook turning occasionally until browned on all sides and a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 145 f about 15 minutes.
