Recipe Sweet Potato Sausage
In a large nonstick skillet cook sausage over medium heat 4 6 minutes or until no longer pink breaking into crumbles.

Cook uncovered 15 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender stirring occasionally. Peel and cut the sweet and white potatoes in to bite sized pieces and pre cook in a pan of water until soft about 10 15 minutes then drain and set aside. Remove with a slotted spoon. Pour in olive oil and all seasoning more or less of these taste. I always add a pinch of salt to speed things up.
Use a slotted spoon place the sausages on a plate and set aside. To start this recipe you want to boil some water for your sweet potatoes. Can be frozen for up to one month.
Cut the sausages in to 1 inch pieces and fry in a non greased skillet pan until golden brown. Leave peels on sweet potatoes and chop them and apple onion and sausage into bite sized chunks. Add to the skillet the potatoes sausage salsa and cumin.
