Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts Paleo
Preheat oven to 375 f.
Oven roasted brussel sprouts paleo. Place the bacon in a cast iron skillet and cook until crisp. Trim the ends and remove any old outer leaves from the brussels sprouts. Discard any discolored leaves.

Leave one tablespoon of bacon grease in the pan and dispose of the rest. Preheat oven to roast at 400 f. Roast at 400 f for 20 minutes stirring once after 10 minutes.
Cut the mushrooms in half. Clean and trim brussels sprouts and cutting any very large heads in half through the core. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.
