Recipe For Noodles Romanoff
In large bowl combine cottage cheese sour cream onions parsley basil salt garlic powder and pepper.
Recipe for noodles romanoff. Stir in sour cream mixture. Stir in the cream cheese stirring until everything is well blended. Boil noodles in salted water until done.
Cook pasta on the stove top. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. In a large bowl mix together the sour cream 1 4 cup of the grated parmesan cheese chives salt ground black pepper and garlic.
Add the sour cream salt pepper garlic powder and half of the parmesan cheese. Prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain noodles and return them to the pot.
Add the minced garlic and saute until the garlic swells and the mixture thickens a bit. Stir in butter or margarine to hot egg noodles. Follow noodle package directions for the time.
If you have any leftovers reheat them with a tablespoon or 2 of milk as the cheese mixture soaks into the noodles. Add butter and cream cheese to the pasta stir until melted. Stir until melted in the noodles.
Drain noodles and put back in hot pot and place back on the warm stove but turn off the heat. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all remaining ingredients and serve hot.
