Recipe Sweet Potato Au Gratin
In a bowl beat egg.
Recipe sweet potato au gratin. Bring to a simmer and allow sauce to thicken preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Stir in flour salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 400.
Heat oven to 375 f. Add cream salt nutmeg and pepper. Gently fold in sweet potatoes.
Butter 2 quart baking dish or gratin dish. Bake uncovered at 375 until the potatoes are tender 40 45 minutes. Make tidy rows so you can see the edges of the skin.
Transfer to a lightly greased 2 qt. Preheat oven to 180 degrees c. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray your baking dish with a non stick spray so they re both ready once the potatoes are.
In a large saucepan combine milk cream nutmeg cinnamon salt and pepper. Cook and stir until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Cover the dish with foil and cook in for 45 minutes.
