Do not boil for too long as the sweet potato will become mushy disintegrate easily.
Recipes sweet potato soup ginger. Heat the oil or butter in a heavy soup pot or dutch oven over medium heat. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes. Fry until the ginger is fragrant but don t let the onions and garlic brown.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes. Add the sweet potato mash and miso and continue cooking until the puree is warmed. Add the chilli flakes and ground ginger and fry for one minute then add.
Add the garlic and onion and fry for 3 4 minutes until golden and softened. Bring to a boil for 15 to 20 minutes with a small lid vent opening until the sweet potato is just done. Peel the onions garlic and ginger and wash the chili.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add ginger nutmeg and cayenne pepper. Stir in the sweet potato cubes.
Reduce heat to low and simmer partially covered until sweet potatoes are tender about 10 minutes. Cook the onion and garlic in the olive oil over medium heat until soft and translucent. Stir in the garlic ginger salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the prepared ingredients. Now pour in the vinegar and the vegetable broth cover with a lid and simmer for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Stir in the onion and cook stirring often until it begins to caramelize and get golden brown about 15 to 20 minutes.
