Roasted Baby Potatoes Recipe Rosemary
Coat potatoes and garlic with extra virgin oil and season with rosemary salt and pepper.
Roasted baby potatoes recipe rosemary. 1 4 cup fresh rosemary leaves. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 1 preheat the oven to 400 degrees f. In a large bowl toss the potatoes with the salt olive oil rosemary and garlic until the potatoes are evenly coated. Toss with olive oil garlic and rosemary and season generously with salt and pepper.
Roast until the potatoes are tender crispy and browned 40 to 45 minutes. Combine with cracked cloves of garlic. Transfer with rosemary sprigs to a platter and season with pepper.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees f. 1 bulb garlic peeled but not chopped. Roast on a baking sheet in a 450 f oven for about 30 minutes.
Leave cloves whole 2 tablespoon good quality extra virgin olive oil. Cut the potatoes in half and toss them in a little chopped fresh thyme and rosemary some chopped garlic and a little olive oil. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes flipping them halfway until they are fork tender.
Toss until the potatoes are well. Place potatoes on center. Sprinkle with salt and roast for 50 minutes tossing every 15 minutes until golden crisp and tender.
