Place a rack in a shallow foil lined roasting pan or 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.

Rub mixture onto the outside of the pork roast. Preheat oven to 325 degrees f 165 degrees c. Pound the black peppercorns in a mortar and pestle until coarse.
