Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Bacon And Mushrooms
Cut the brussels sprouts in half lengthwise from top to bottom.
Oven roasted brussel sprouts with bacon and mushrooms. Toss the sprouts with olive oil 1 2 teaspoon salt and the red pepper flakes on a baking sheet. Step 4 while the brussels sprouts are roasting place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium high heat turning occasionally until evenly browned and crisp 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes turning halfway through the cooking time until golden and lightly caramelized. Pour the brussels sprouts onto a large sheet pan you want them to be in a single layer.
